Hey Kids

Have you ever been stuck? How did you get free?

Jesus is greater than any problem we are stuck in. Jesus is the answer.

This week we will see how Jesus became one of us so we can be one with him.

Bible Texts —Hebrews 2:1-18 - Exodus 2-3 - Matthew 4:1-11

WORDS TO REMEMBER

For this reason Jesus had to be made like his brothers in every way. He became like men so that he could be their merciful and faithful high priest in service to God. Then Jesus could bring forgiveness for their sins. Hebrews 2:17 ICB

Play a game of Mirror Image.

Our text from Hebrews 1:1 tells us that The Son reflects the glory of God. He is an exact copy of God’s nature.

To play this game you will need at least one other person.

Face one another.

Choose one person to be the reflection, copying the other.

Take turns at copying or being copied.

The aim of this game is to be like a mirror giving an exact reflection of the person you are copying.

You can pull funny faces, change expressions real fast or very slow and do silly dances or statue poses.

Set a time limit for how long each round will go for.

We would love to see you playing, trying, making and sharing! Please share your photos with your KellyvilleKids community in our WhatsApp Group. If you’re new to our KellyvilleKids community and would like to stay connected, contact us.
