Learn how to weave using straws. It takes some practise but by the time you get to the end of the straws you are weaving like a champion.
Finding Joy is just like this. It feels weird at first looking for joy when you are having a tough day, but the more you do it the better you get at it. Look for what is good all around you and get super good at weaving it into your day.
Play a game, a puzzle that you haven’t done before or try juggling . Don’t give up when it gets difficult. Find joy in continuing on.
Play Crossy Road - Ask your parents for permission to access this game. I love how the chicken just keeps getting back up and is ready to cross the road again and again.
