FACILITIES

 

Our modern facility was completed in 2019 and is designed to be multi-use. our facilities are ideally suited for FUnctions and worship services, WEDDINGS, seminars, conferences, meetings, AND special events.

THE CHAPEL

A modern theatre-style space with gently sloped floor to create an intimate setting. Capable of seating up to 360 people. Comfortable, padded seating is stackable and can be rearranged to suit (side or centre aisles). The Chapel features a high-end audio system with radio mics and in-ear monitoring system for performers. Images can be projected in either 22:9 or 16:9 format on a Sony laser projector. If hiring with AV systems, we can supply an operator to assist.

THE TREEHOUSE

A large open plan first floor space with timber look vinyl flooring - suitable for meetings, seminars, children’s events etc - this space can seat 175 theatre style and includes a kitchenette. Two 65” wall mounted TV’s and an independent sound system are available if required. A lift is available for access.

Kellyville.Church is 3km from the Kellyville Metro Station with a bus stop right outside the venue. Village shops are located close by, along with larger shopping centres at Castle Hill and Rouse Hill.

THE STUDIO

A casual modern industrial styled space featuring polished concrete floors, natural light, exposed ceilings and recycled brick - suitable for meetings / parties / catered events, and is adjacent to our commercial kitchen. The Studio can seat up to 150 people theatre style or up to 100 people in a banquet setting. A high quality AV system has been installed for sound and projection. LED Lighting and festoon lighting is installed to create the perfect atmosphere.

THE PLAYHOUSE

The PlayHouse is two large rooms purpose designed for kids activities. Featuring timber look vinyl flooring, kitchenettes and a colourful design, both spaces open out to our very own secure playground with synthetic grass and soft fall. These rooms could also be used as breakout rooms for a larger gathering.

Our spaces are available for hire throughout the week when they are not being used for church activities on either a one-off or longer term arrangement.

THE KITCHEN

A full commercial kitchen space equipped with stainless steel appliances and surfaces will help make catering for your next event a much more pleasant experience.

The Kitchen can serve directly to The Studio and the Courtyard via servery windows if required.

COURTYARD & PLAYGROUND

A large paved courtyard is available off the foyer and kitchen areas which has views to the Blue Mountains. The space is suitable for outdoor events or an additional community space to complement your indoor events. The secure playground features two play installations, one for toddlers and one for older children.

Multipurpose Centre

A multipurpose sports centre is also available on campus - this space seats up to 750 people and features low impact sports flooring, one full size basketball court, or two volleyball courts, or four badminton courts. The centre is served by a large stage with polished timber floor and also features its own audio system. This space is owned and administered by Hills Adventist College, who are co-located on the campus, and therefore events could be run in all venues as desired by using multiple spaces. Booking enquiries for the Multipurpose Centre should be directed to Hills Adventist College.

Generally

No smoking, drugs or alcohol on-site.

All facilities are air-conditioned for your comfort.

Utilising our media team, we are able to accommodate a variety of your audiovisual requirements in most venues. Sound and video can be routed throughout the facility from The Chapel. A hearing loop is installed in The Chapel for those that require it.
