The 7th Annual Rouse Hill Billy Cart Derby will be held on Sunday 28th April 2019.
This event is a great opportunity for families and businesses from the greater Rouse Hill and Kellyville areas, and beyond, to come together and enjoy some fun and friendly competition racing push Billy Carts, in teams, along the Billy Cart track (Main Street, Rouse Hill Town Centre.
Who are the organisers of this event?
The Rouse Hill Billy Cart Derby is organised by Rouse Hill Community Baptist Church with assistance from Men In Action’s Bring A Mate project, and is run by volunteers from local community groups and churches. As a Not for Profit event we are sponsored by generous local businesses.
Kellyville Church will be supporting with volunteers on the day.
Why run the Derby?
There’re just not enough good old-fashioned, low cost fun activities for families these days. And we want to see dads & mums and their kids outside, enjoying time together as a family doing something a little different! It also gives local community groups a chance to reach out and interact with their community in positive ways.
Within the event area there will also be lots of stalls, entertainment and activities, like jumping castles, face painting and lots more. So even if you’re not racing there will be lots to do and see.
